Ricardo is the CEO and Founder of Provicapital Partners. Prior to founding Provicapital, Ricardo worked in Prudential Insurance and was part of J.P. Morgan’s M&A team in New York where he assisted a variety of clients in Mexico, Argentina, Guatemala and Brazil. Ricardo later joined ACON Investments and founded an internet Company that was sold to a strategic buyer.
Ricardo holds a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineer and Economics from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology. sector leading companies. He was the Founder and CEO of Tanaros (acquired by Ongoing Operations), where he created the category of Application Continuity Appliances for ending email downtime. Prior to Tanaros, he was the CEO of All Covered (acquired by Konica Minolta) that, under his leadership, grew from a single office to the largest outsourced IT provider to US Small Business. He co-founded one of the first venture firms focused on building new enterprises in China, Generation Ventures. He was also a partner at Booz Allen Hamilton, focused on operational strategy development for technology-intensive Global 1000 Enterprises.
